Return Policy

G-UP STORE accepts return requests within 7 days of product delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Returns showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be rejected. Customers must provide order confirmation or proof of purchase when submitting a return request to ensure proper verification.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include personal fitness items, wearable products, clearance or final sale items, and promotional giveaways. Products returned without original packaging or with physical damage not caused by manufacturing defects are also non-returnable. G-UP STORE reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions.


Return Approval Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact G-UP STORE support within the return period. Clear photos or videos of the product may be requested for inspection before approval. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Approval does not guarantee a refund until the product is inspected after return delivery.


Return Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. G-UP STORE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and confirmed delivery of returned products.
